With the St. George Applefest happening in a little over a month on September 16 & 17, the organizing committee is putting out an URGENT request for ingredient donations. This is an important fundraiser for this faith community and if you can help with any amount of the following it would be greatly appreciated!

  • 23 lbs lard
  • 2 dozen eggs
  • 25kg flour
  • 4 kg brown sugar
  • 10 kg white sugar
  • 12 lbs butter

As well, 10 people to make pastry will be needed the week of September 11 at Glen Morris United Church while pie making will require 12 volunteers at Wesley United Church in Church on September 15.
