If you are unable to be with us in-person during the season of Advent and Christmas, we would like to share some images from the beautiful quilts that have been shared by members of this faith family, as well as the how the sanctuary and Heritage Room have been decorated. Following the Sanctified Arts resource of 'Words for the Beginning', six of the beautiful artist images were printed and mounted and are displayed in the sanctuary, and the logo hangs from the pulpit.

Thank you to all those who brought their beloved quilts - many have stories pinned to them, so if you are in-person, check them out.

An Advent all-ages event in November saw participants paint amazing quilt squares which were then pieced together by Liz DeGroote and this hangs from the communion table - some of the squares are ones designed as part of the resource. Thanks also to the rest of the decorating team of Deb Aitkin, Karen Murray-Hopf and Rev. Michiko (and Joy Hancock in spirit!)
