Report From The Nominating Committee

We are pleased to inform you that the Nominating Committee has completed the work of determining the vacancies on church groups and committees for 2023. A Nominations Form has been formatted and it can be accessed on the church internet site (link below) or by picking up a paper copy in the Narthex or Heritage Room. The committee and the Official Board have made nominations for certain positions, however additional nominations are welcome. For certain categories you may volunteer for the position. The completed forms must be returned to a member of the committee or placed in an offering plate in the church before December 31, 2022. Please note that all nominees and volunteers for all positions will be presented at the Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) on Sunday February 12, 2023. The Chair of the ACM will then call for additional nominations from the floor, however those nominated from the floor must be present to accept the nomination at that time.

Our church is now in its 174th year, and we are entering a new and exciting time with Reverend Michiko as our full-time minister.  We ask you to earnestly consider joining a group or committee to enrich the work of our beloved church here in The Glen.
