I am writing this report to inform you that the Reopening Committee met last week and made the following decisions with input from Brant County Health Unit:

1. The Church will reopen for Sunday Services starting on March 6, when Reverend Debra Schneider will conduct the service in-person. The present restrictions including occupancy limitations, vaccination passport checks, contact tracing lists, mask wearing and social distancing will remain in effect. The Reopening Committee will meet again after the planned provincial update on February 21 to reassess whether all these restrictions remain necessary.  All services will continue to be available for home access via Zoom video or phone platforms.

2.  Church rentals and in-person meetings may restart at once with a maximum occupancy of 10. This number can be increased to 25 on February 21, in accordance with provincial guidelines. All existing restrictions will continue for the present time. The Robson Community Room rental coordinator is Margaret Fleury; the Sanctuary rental coordinator is John Graham, and the wedding booking coordinator is Deb Aitkin.
