Salvation Army Back to School Supplies Drive

For the month of July, the Outreach and Justice Committee wishes to promote  the Salvation Army Back to School supplies drive. Please drop off your donations at the church by the end of July!

The Salvation Army looks for support from their community as they reach out to families and children who are in need with the upcoming Backpacks and School supplies for September time.
 
They will be distributing Backpacks to families and children in need the last week of August 21st-25th and aree asking for all donations and supplies to be in to the collection points by end of July. Their goals are to assist 150 children with backpacks and school supplies!  They are targeting children that are attending JK - Grade 8.
 
Most necessary school supplies will include the following:
 
Pencils
Pens
Scissors
Glue sticks
Markers
Rulers
Erasers
Crayons
Pencil Crayons
Geometry sets
Dividers
Backpacks
Lunch bags
